A New Arrival (again?)

If the Messiah should come again,

I hope that they do wear a mask.

I don’t want to know how they look, smell or sound.

It will have nothing to do with their task.

 

They’ll be here with a serious message.

One we might all need to hear.

It matters not if you like it or not.

We’d do well to offer an ear.

 

It will cause quite a commotion,

When the Redeemer is born back on earth.

I wonder if it will be like the ‘other time’.

Watch out for news of an unusual birth!
