The Thing enters the circus ring.
With a roar and shriek, the bars creak and revealed is a ‘marish monster of devilish proportion.
Horns and red eyes, fish head besides; the beast breaks free, face snarls with hellish contortion.
On the gathered crowd, it handsomely chowed; spraying blood, guts and bone with aplomb.
The Jesters had barred door, with aforethought before; and into horde beast surged headlong.
Upon eating its fill, the Jesters did kill remnants of watching audience with comedy pratfall.
Sated by its meal, the beast did steal, back into its cage to sleep off the unexpected windfall.
