Dearest ,
These Days
Straight to business m’dear! It has been a busy week indeed, lots of new events, but you’ll be able to learn about them in some form, if I’m correct in my (current) thinking, you or I will be tapping them out ourselves (or we could just pose for Father, you’re in charge of the footwear Empedocles!).
The way it’s going up ’til now I’m surprised this week’s study didn’t turn out to be Exodus! It does make me wonder what the third shall be. Perhaps this week will uncover it, so far all I have is this (link to follow) and I’m not sure they will care that much about another story of Sin. So deep are we in our iniquity.
I shall update as the week progresses.
Yours truly,
xMx
Faraway Days
… Enlil the Conductor sat on his holy throne, his arms resting on either side, drumming the fingers of his right hand, starting with the smallest: One, two, three, four. Time and again, a steady pattern causing a slight breeze when his fingers touched the stone one after the next in a steady rhythm. He called for his minister.
Distant Days
The Bramble marched forward…
The Nettle came forward and stood tall and proud, puffing out its chest, the creatures nearest backed away quickly. ‘I should be the guardian of the Grove, my weapons contain the most vicious poison, angry bumps that burn and itch! What better way to discourage invaders?’
